Training
We offer FREE lifetime operator/programmer training on all CNC Machine Tools we represent. In contrast, there are companies that charge for training or only allow one or two students as part of the initial sales contract. We encourage you to send your employees to our free lifetime training classes because we know from experience if you are successful, then, we will also be successful. Field Service
Our service team offers field service for machine installations, warranty service, and non-warranty service. All of our service engineers are factory-trained and have fully stocked vans along with the latest technology in tools to assure precision service. Planned Maintenance
Our Planned Maintenance (PM) service programs are developed in partnership with the machine tool builders we represent. In addition to our PM Service, we also offer Laser Calibration and Renishaw Ball Bar Analysis. Laser Calibration is the pitch error compensation for each ball screw in your machine tool. After the Laser Calibration is preformed, we recommend the Renishaw BallBar Analysis. This system provides volumetric accuracy verifying several items pertaining to accuracy, squareness, and simultaneous axis interpolation. We believe it is better to PM your machine and know what you can expect from your machine rather than being in the process of a precision part run and find out you cannot achieve part accuracies.
