Bridge Type Milling Machines
BT Bridge Type milling machines offer the end user maximum
advantage at least cost. The fixed bridge with a moving table gives
high rigidity, visibility and ease of access. FEM design techniques are
used and components are made of cast iron with high damping properties.
This means the machine tool structure is particularly suitable for heavy
swarf removal, ensuring the dynamic rigidity required in order to obtain
excellent finishing. Extremely well dimensioned roller guideways enable
more traditional milling equipment to be incorporated, such as ISO50 as
an alternative to powerful electrospindles with HSK100 or HSK63
attachments.
