Tongtai TNL-100A-II Turning Center

This high speed, high precision turning center delivers Japanese quality and performance without the high prices! This highly productive CNC turning center has a 14.6" swing over bed, 10.39" turning diameter, 2.05" bar capacity, and 20.0" between centers. It features a 20 HP, 4,500 RPM spindle and an 8" diameter hydraulic chuck. Rapids are 944 IPM in X and 1,181 IPM in Y. The lathe sports a 12-station servo turret that indexes in just 0.3 second. AccuteX-EDM SP-500 Wire EDM
Ready for superior cutting speed and accuracy in an easy-to-use, cost-effective wire EDM? The SP-500 wire EDM features an annealing, fully automatic wire threader with a tip disposal unit, a powerful Windows-based CNC, and XYZ travels of 22.1" x 14.2" x 11.8". U and V travels are 3.9" each.

Johnford Hi-Net DMC-900HN Double Column
Machining Center
This machine provides plenty of power and productivity in a 22,000 lb. double-column vertical machining center! The DMC-900's 15,000 RPM, 56 HP spindle generates 300 ft-lb of torque at only 1,000 RPM – ideal for heavy cutting! The machine also boasts box ways on the Z axis head and Y axis saddle and Schneeberger roller-type linear ways for X axis table traverse. Other features: 24 tool ATC and XYZ travels of 35" x 35" x 30". You Ji YV-600A Vertical Turning Center
This machine is ideal for cutting medium size workpieces. The rigid vertical column and base are Meehanite castings, heavily ribbed for reduced thermal distortion and vibration dampening. A six-position hydraulic hex turret delivers 0.8 second index time and shortest-route tool selection. This versatile VTL is engineered for stand-alone applications or easy integration into a production line. A right / left spindle version is available for placement in a work cell. Their objective was to continue development on the existing Kel-Vista cylindrical grinders and to meet the highest quality and most demanding requirements of the future.
